In today's world, I think its more important than ever to invest your time / capital back into your own personal growth, and gain new perspectives that you didn't even realize were right in front of you. The week consisted of five immersive 14hr+ days, and although it was virtual, I was with a group of five business owners that elevated my experience tenfold.Īs a business owner, stepping away for five days is not easy, but the commitment gave me a chance to disconnect from my day to day, and get a 30,000 view on my business, as well as a macro look on the economy and industry we are in.
